Licensed by the state of Virginia in Interior Design, as well as nationally certified through the NCIDQ, Kim is happy to assist you with residential and, light commercial design.
Kim graduated from James Madison University, a F.I.D.E.R. accredited school, with a degree in Interior Design from the School of Art and Design. During her time at JMU, she was the student body president of American Society of Interior Designers, and completed her professional internship at CDH Partners outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
Upon completion of her degree, she assisted a former professor and four other students in founding a humanitarian architectural apprenticeship program in Staunton, VA.
Since 2004, Kim has successfully run her design practice focusing on construction management, residential makeovers, finish selections, accessorizing & finishing touches, sustainable design, Kitchen & Bath designs, and project management.
